I'm going to multiplex a point to point t1 and an internet vpn.

At location A, I'll have an internet t1 into a cisco 1700 and a ptp t1 into a
cisco of some sort (having both t1s in a 2611 or higher is a possibility).

At location B, I'll have an internet DSL modem and a ptp t1 into a cisco of
some sort (probably 1700).

Both ends have a linux system. What is the best way to multiplex both links?
I may have voip traffic going over them (I have it now and am using linux
traffic control), or I may have some voice channels instead, and everything
else data. I would like to have the point-to-point t1 preferred over the vpn,
as the dsl line does drop packets. However, I would like a single connection
to be able to saturate both lines.

Options I see now:

Cisco basic multipath routing (per flow)
Cisco ospf
Linux ospf on zebra
Linux basic multipath routing (per flow)
Linux TEQL
others?
