The only source I could find online for xfishtank had a list of
unfulfilled dependencies about 25 lines long.  Not good.

There is a "deep ocean" version of xfishtank that comes with FC3, it is 
called "Atlantis".

Fans of the daily comic strip "Sherman's Lagoon" might enjoy
"Sherman's aquarium".  It can be found at < http://rebus.webz.cz/ >
partway down the page.

All the above for FC3.  Debian users can just "sudo apt-get xfishtank".
