I loved being an EO. Get to sit in an air conditioned room, all by yourself. No EOOW or WO glaring over your shoulder, throwing knives past the 4160V breakers. Being a PE qualified EO was even better, because you got to swap out with the ME when you needed to leave the plant for whatever reason.
