Well from that download, there are two options. Get the multilingual version that is a zip, or wine. I ran 'wine filename.exe' It asked me about overwriting files, I clicked no to all, and then killed the wine process. The pdf was there. I checked what was going on with the file overwrites, and it looks like the exe is looping for some reason, but it managed to extract the pdf file, so life is good, no?
