Snarfed. But this ususally seems to be quoted in the opposite order:

allan franko <allan.franko at cancerboard.ab.ca> - "The pleural of
anecdote is not data."

Dr. Eve Switzer, <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> - "In the scientific community,
the pleural of anecdote is not data and does not establish a causal
role."

Richard Coe <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> & Steve Franzel <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -
Problem: "The plural of anecdote is not data"

Anyone have an origin, other than their 7th grade science teacher ?

David Looney
