This is really where government is hard to get rid of -- weights &
measures, food quality, sanitation... all the things where cutting
corners is really tempting.
Unless you work at a place that the city gets money relative to what you
make.. some time I'll talk about my first job, Food service at the Zoo, and
some of the gross things we could get away with, and still have the A...
something about the city making money directly off the money the zoo makes
due to the land lease or something.
