I caught part of a show a couple weeks ago... Dateline or something, where
they were doing a return investigation into a place most don't think of..
public school cafeterias.  There were some (they'd show the footage from the
first time) that were so disgusting it was scary.  And many of them were
still failing basic health code inspections still.. a year or so later after
they'd been exposed the first time.
