You didn't answer the question asked.
AdWords doesn't give me one iota of information about the quality,
service, or a million other things about the service that are relevant.
I asked for a recommendation. Perhaps I should have said "personal
recommendation". I wanted an opinion from someone who actually uses a
service before committing to send business correspondence over it.
