The Antec Sonata certainly has a reputation as a quiet case at a
reasonable price. I think Mark Wolfe just built a system in one.
There are some that are much quieter, but take extreme measures such
as convection-cooled power supply and heat pipes from the CPU to
external convection fins. Also extreme prices.
Google search for "quiet computer case" will find you several sites.
