I'm running Dancer IRCD on a server where I work.  However I'm probably 
going to migrate everything over to jabber.   None techies want to take 
"chat" beyond chat and do presentations, conference calls, etc.  Looking 
at this new thing too.  http://netlab.gmu.edu/NEW/
