I swear, I have nothing but problems when I install FC. It hoses my BIOS (??), it hoses my MBR (my fault, but still...). It's refusing to install GCC now. I don't have internet access on the computer in question, and I'm trying to get GCC installed. I forgot to tell it to install it when I installed the distro, so I'm using "Add/Remove Programs". I tell it to install "Development Tools" or whatever it's called, and it goes completely through it, making me swap disc one, disc two, disc three, disc two again, disc one again, and then disc two still again, and it says it's done. The progress bar is completely to the right, the dialog box says done, and I click the OK button. But then I open "Add/Remove Programs" again and the development thing is unchecked. There is no "gcc" command in the system. I'm frustrated.
