I just heard... until the end of the month, you can get a full cabinet

You can't beat that deal with a stick :-)

Really?

A quick look around on the net seems to suggest otherwise. See:

$900 a month for 48U and 10Mbps seems to be about the going rate, if not a little expensive.

The web site you cite says cabinet space *starts* at $249 (since the smallest
cabinet space they offer is 1/4 rack it stands to reason that $249 is for the
starter 1/4 rack), and the 10Mbps special is $399 (this is on a 10Mbps capped
handoff). So, a quarter of a rack and 10Mbps capped is $648. I just tried to
call them to get a quote, but they didn't answer. Do you have a specific page
on their site that I am missing which has a price for a cab and 10 megs ?

In general I disagree that $900 is a high price for the 42 to 48U cabinet and
10Megs. But, it might be out there. Don't forget quality. There is a lot of
variation in the quality of the bandwidth and support. Power in CA is very
expensive. Ya can't get away from that.

I am pretty well informed in this area... since I am pretty heavy consumer of
rack space, power and bandwidth here in town.
