The trace is from my nephew, Christopher, who lives in Wyoming and isn't
AFAIK on any watch lists except that he graduated from a Quaker HS, and
thus is probably considered a dangerous pacifist.

The company whose server his email appears to be sifted through is a
beltway services company with vague objectives and hiring linguists for
the following languages:

"Albanian, Amharic/Tigrinya, Arabic, Chechen, Chinese, Dari, Dinka,
Greek, Haitian-Creole, Korean, Korean, Kurdish, Pashto, Persian/Farsi,
Serbo-Croatian, Somali, Tagalog/Filipino, Tajik, Urdu/Punjabi, Uzbek,
and others."

"... and others" probably covers Wyoming.

The company claims to be woman and minority owned (Elizabeth Rendon,
CEO, and I cannot determine if there is a link to John Rendon of the
Rendon Group, the ad agency responsible for coordinating Bush's
disinformation campaign to sell the Iraq war to Americans), and to have
Homeland Security contracts.

Sooo ... the appearance of their server on Chris's trace is probably
just coincidental. Absolutely no reason to suspect he's being watched.
