Help! I'm trying to create a PDF of some handwritten pages. I found a service that will convert *faxes* to PDF for you. Problem is every @[EMAIL PROTECTED]@ fax machine seems to INSIST on putting date & page number at top of EVERY page. I've read fax manuals and haven't found option to TURN THIS OFF.
