Here's a more in-depth and heavy-on-fact analysis from Groklaw. Note the
tight connection between Microsoft and Blackboard (even to the extent of
M$ having their own employee's stationed at Blackboard to make sure the
software product screws everyone but Microsoft and Blackboard customers).
