Folks, I wanted point-and-drool. And I meant it.
I chose Amaya. It does what I wanted.
I *could* do all manner of things. However, think about what is
involved when inserting a column and adding its new data. Can any of
these command line solutions do that easily? Not that I know of. I
might as well write the HTML by hand.
I'm happy to be proven wrong, though.
I don't know about proving anything. But Mozilla has a decent HTML
editor that does tables. And inserting a column is as easy as clicking
on a little triangular arrow indicating which side of the current column
you want it inserted. Same thing goes for inserting a row.
That seems pretty point-and-drool to me.
I don't know Amaya. I don't even know what it is. Take a look at
Mozilla Composer if you're interested.
