Thanks.  I've heard of Moodle but not Atutor.  Looks promising.  I'm not
sure what either's "killer features" are since I've not used either.  Are
they great as CMSs to just hold content for you?  I guess I just don't
know the extra features a LCMS has over a CMS.

Yes, they can be used to just hold content. An LCMS is basically a CMS with
extra features built in for things like presentations and tests.
