OK. Google is now offering Open Source hosting
that uses BigTable as a backend for Subversion.

Sorry, I've moved on from CVS/SVN and have no desire to go back. I use
Mercurial.
Hosting is only an issue for those not on a distributed VCS (mercurial,
git, darcs, arch, bzr, etc.)
