You missed the point.
The point isn't that businesses *will* move to Linux.
The point is that businesses will *threaten* to move to Linux to get
Microsoft discounts.
If that is allowed to stand, Microsoft's margins erode, and the stock
price will plummet.
Microsoft has already proven that they will negotiate when threatened
with Linux.
This is their answer.
Threaten us with Linux, and we will threaten you with patent lawsuits.
