Last week AT&T started offering U-Verse service in SD. Currently I have DSL, 
but I like using wireless throughout the house. So the even with 802.11n it 
offers a data rate of 74mbps typically (248 max). So therefore the bottleneck 
is in the wireless connection.

Yes but all the happy goes away if we can't use WiMax in unlicensed spectrum.
