I know what a CLI is. I just didn't what what it possessed, as the
sentence was apparently truncated. (It looked like you forgot to go
back and finish up a sentence.)
You said that if configuration is so complicated, you can no longer
configure it via CLI. I don't configure CLI systems with XML, I
configure very complicated, 5 9's systems and require a very complicated
configuration system, which win.ini doesn't cut it
