Lan,

If your rpm supports the --aid switch, you can do:

cd /path/to/dvd/rpms
rpm -ivh --aid MythDora-version.rpm

and it should install the required dependencies, otherway the best will be
to add a new local repository; once you add and enable the repo on
/etc/yum.conf, do a: 

yum localinstall MythDora
