It's plausible, but I don't believe the technology is there yet. It's very hard 
for speech recognition systems to interpret untrained voices.  IBM's real time 
voice translation may be capable of this, but the details are sketchy at this 
point. If Google were to do this, it would require massive server farms or 
Google might be forced to switch to RISC based systems since this a very 
numeric intensive process.
