Yes, this makes me smile too. :) I hope DiDio and the other FUD spewers
invested heavily in their cause. I also hope that there will be criminal
indictments and shareholder suits. Seeing Darl et al going to Federal
"pound me in the ass" Prison would be nice. A shareholder suit is common
in these situations where the executives ruined the company knowing (or
having should have known) that what they are doing will ultimately be
bad for the shareholders. The only reason I can think of why they
wouldn't file one is that there is really no money left for them to win
in such a case.
