This is the one I was thinking of. With WiFi it is 170 USD. 46 USD for
shipping a single unit to the USA. That is a total of 216 USD. A bit
much for what one gets, unless you count the Size Tax.

I think it's a great system; it could even be used as stand alone. I
doubt the video chipset has any 3D accelleraton, so no Tux Racer.

I can't think of a valid use for 3D accelleration outside of games and
gee-gaw factors, anyway, so that is no loss to me. 2D playback (such as
DVD) is far more important to me.

The details on the MicroClient Jr. don't specify the actual video
chipset, so I have no idea. Given that it is a 200MHz CPU, I don't hold
out much hope for super-rad accelleration. When you consider that this
system is fanless, and modern high-end GPUs have their own fan, I'm not
seeing much indicating a lot of performance.

While that is a nice ideal, a network glitch renders your system
useless. I like the local LAN model, with a repository off site.
