A keyboard might be nice;
I have a N800 and got a Bluetooth keyboard from iGo to use with it:

(Their retail prices are off the charts, but a little shopping puts
the Ultra-Slim keyboard at Amazon for $59... and it was closer to $40
on a special sale a few weeks ago, so better deals elsewhere may still
be had.)
Nice thing is that the keyboard is a generic Bluetooth HID device,
making it useful for phones and other brand PDAs as well, but it works
fantastically well with the Nokia tablets.
I've been wondering if I could get one of the
Voyager phones to play with Cingular/AT&T instead of Verizon.
Nope, the Voyager is currently a LG exclusive CDMA device for
Verizon. In theory it would work on Sprint, but AT&T is no-go until
(if ever) they release a version with a GSM radio.
But, the 810 is also a lot more money.
There's that.
The best thing about the N810 is that it dropped N800 prices through
the floor, from ~$380 down to about $220. The devices share the same
CPU and other internal specs (except for the internal GPS receiver
that's exclusive to the N810), and the new 2008 OS version developed
for the N810 was released as an official update for the N800 as well.
I personally prefer the combo of the N800 and an external keyboard,
because I use the keyboard significantly less frequently than I use
the N800. And the N810 made the dubious design decision of moving the
directional pad onto the sliding keyboard portion... so you pretty
much have to always have it slid open if you don't want to poke at it
with a stylus to scroll through messages, menus and web pages.
And navigation is still possible on the N800 with an external
Bluetooth GPS receiver (also a more flexible combination, since the
receiver can sit on a dashboard and the N800 can be held by the person
navigating).
