My router allows everything through I need including
SSH, HTTP and IRC.
My VPN (IPSEC) client can't get through. I didn't purposely
try to block any outgoing so I don't see why/how this
service is being blocked.

P.S. My router is a Kyocera KR1 (EVDO)
My VPN client is vpnc, a clone of a Cisco VPN app.
