2)the "suspect" doesnt own the internet to search for ways around these devices,
OR is to dumb to use them even if such very public ways were found.
This also goes around who are you hiding from and why cops have the advantage in
that every criminal is dumb and screws up eventually, any real good thieves read
the hacker sites themselves so they might just know about your simple counter
measures though im not sure exactly what you can do about it... besides identify
it
