Don't be so sure.  I've been Windows adminning for the past two years
and what I find remarkable is the lack of support.  Microsoft sure
ain't givin' it to you.  Windows users, I think, tend to be either the
uninformed proletariat that Windows-land caters to slash creates, or
they're admins who get paid to do the job and aren't going to hang out
in forums and give it out for free, like me.

I've had several a need for Windows information, and I'm generally
hard pressed to find it.

On the other hand, I've heard that the annoyances.org website can be
pretty good.  I've not used it myself.
