My wife is a grad student at UCI.  There are several things used but
primarily they use SPSS. The have issues with the data being moved
from MAC to PC and vice versa. Also they have issues with backwards
compatibility if the data was processed on v15 or v16. I think its
pretty crappy when software loses features with new versions or
doesn't have the same features in MAC/PC of the same version.

In general though, what if any issues do you have with it?
