I created the start and kill links for a custom app in /etc/init.d/rc5.d. I also put the corresponding script in /etc/init.d and ran it by hand to confirm it works....
When I reboot the app never starts on this Suse machine!!! I also noticed that Suse seems to change the link names at reboot?!?!? e.g. rc5.d/S21myapp becomes rc5.d/S02myapp Why is this happening? Chris -- [email protected] http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-list
