Many websites do "browser-sniffing"[1] -- that is, they customize their
response depending upon the browser they believe you have.

The User-Agent http request header is just one thing they use to try to
determine browser (and other things, eg OS).

If changing User-Agent doesn't help, then there's probably not much else
you can do except change browsers (or OS) or complain to the website.

[1] Browser-sniffing is generally considered ugly, bad practice, and
evil by all reasonable web professionals. :-)
