I figured.

When we adopted out 2 kids from China, I had the Kafkaesque pleasure of
writing substantial checks to the FBI to get them to investigate me for
child abuse. I came up clear, probably because they didn't interview Alex
the second time ;-)

But I was wondering if a person could initiate it on his own just to be
more marketable.

BTW, one of my fears with all the surveillance going on today, is that
prospective employeers might spill the kooler archives and decide I'm a
security risk because I kinda like the Bill of Rights.

Oh, and returning to topic, FWIW I've gotten two gigs through SI and Bob
Sweigert, and I can recommend them as having energy and integrity.
