Difference is 3 year vs. 5 year warranty, and higher claimed MTBF. It's
my understanding the drives are identical internally, but the firmware
is tuned slightly differently.
One thing people are leaving out is that you can get a 15K RPM SAS
drive. I haven't seen a 15K RPM SATA drive yet.
