Can you not see it in the Account Settings dialog??? There should be a
treelike window at the left that shows accounts and subpages for each
account.

I was suspecting that the user you added had the "Global Inbox" setting
This setting can be chosen easily in the new-account wizard, but is hard
to find in the dialog -- go to "Server Settings" and there is an
"Advanced" button where this setting lives. Accounts with that setting
checked do not have a separate entry in the main interface window --
their inbox/sent/drafts are the global ones under "Local Folders".

The buttons at the bottom left may be escaping your notice, Remove
Account works as you might expect (although you _may_ have to exit and
relaunch T'bird). The Add Account gives the same wizard interface as
shows up in first-time use.

PS. I have found "exit and relaunch Tbird" necessary in dealing with
more than one setting-change operations.
