what did you find nutty - their song, their singing, their co-workers
listening, or the way they use XP, with all the cue cards on the walls?

actually, i found that taking a look at XP and "stealing" some of their
ideas is very useful. some of their methods are very useful outside the
XP "way of life" ;)
