I'm glad you made the above comment. I've often wondered if I was the only one that despised understanding other peoples' code. I'd like to make a semi-serious plug for NIH since this entire thread seems to be against it.... Maybe it is a genetic defect, maybe it is a new form of ADHD....all I can say is that it is *painful* for me to try to understand other peoples' code. I've *left jobs* because integration work was too painful for me. I much prefer to code things myself. I'll invoke a library but don't ask me to hunt around the code for a bug.
