I imagine there are also some changes you just can't test. "The boss wanted the background green instead of blue." I guess you could write a test that checks that the CSS that got served has the appropriate changed line in the right place or something, but it seems like such a test would be both fragile and not especially meaningful.

What about "this code needs more comments"? :-)
