Jim, I just looked on mine and the path would be some thing like /home/jim/firefox/firefox-installer/firefox Also note that the icon should be in the following location /home/jim/firefox/firefox-installer/chrome/icons/default/default.xpm That is of course if you have a standard install. Mine is on RH 9.0 I don't think it will be much different on any other distro. Hope this helps.

No Icon showed up on the Desktop after installation. I can launch FireFox if I click on a link in an email so it looks like it installed correctly. ------------------------------------- This is how I installed FireFox: Extract the tarball and run the installer like so: tar -xzvf firefox-1.0.installer.tar.gz cd firefox-installer ./firefox-installer ------------------------------------- I looked in the "firefox-installer" directory for a "Application Launcher" but found none I looked for the executable (not sure I know one when I see one). When I try to "Create Launcher" from the desktop (right click) it wants a command under the "basic" tab. I have looked in following directory: /home/jim/firefox/firefox-installer/ but again I am not sure what it looks like. Any help would be appreciated.
