I think that you are either ineducable or just trying to pick a fight.
Choose one.
Who is the "you" that you think you are writing to? You are not
writing to an individual, but to a mailing list, which is read by many
people, some of whom have had a great deal of experience in computer
hardware and software. However, none of these people are able to look
over your shoulder and see what you have tried to do. Nor are they
able to read your mind through the network connection.
If you can not define the problem any better than you have so far, I
guess you are literally helpless.
