I currently run Kubuntu 6.10 exclusively on my Sony PCV J150 with its
Duron 800. Everything works great and I love it. I am interested in
also running openSUSE 10.2. I believe could dual boot Kubuntu and
openSUSE, but I think I'd like to try running a virtual machine with
these two OSs--atleast. I may want to add other distros in the future.

I have run the Xen Live CD and except for their choice of distros, and
use of xcfe, it looks like a good way to go.

I don't know whether to use Parallels, VMware, Xen or what. Any
recommendations? I am not opposed to spending a little money on this,
but not too much.

I looked at Ubuntu Hacks, but they recommended started with a fresh, new
Ubuntu server installation. Personally, I'd like to keep my current
install of 6.10.

Please keep suggestions and advice on a basic level. While I'm no
longer a newbie, I still have a lot to learn.

Thanks,

Phil
