One thing I haven't done yet is to have them set up reverse DNS for any of the IPs. They said it's $25 per change, which sounds a bit steep.

"A bit"? It's ridiculous.

The only way I would consider that is if they'd do a classless
delegation to a nameserver I controlled, so I could change rDNS when and
as I wanted. Even then... $125 for rDNS? Eff that.

When they told me about the $25 charge, I asked if they would do a classless delegation to my nameserver and the answer was no. But, most every time I've asked for something they've gone above and beyond, so I'm hoping if I beg they'll waive some or all of the fee. Maybe if I call late at night...

BTW, AT&T does do classless delegations for their DSL service.
