I have Opera crash too many times :-(, but usually when I am doing something with it. I can almost always see a defunct operapluginwrapper or something named like that in the process table, which is the only clue I can offer. It is nice that session recovery works. Although (not recently) I have seen a situation where restarting the session causes an immediate recrash, so when it does that, I don't do that (restart the session). Firefox and Epiphany now have session recover too. Goodie! Along those lines of significant world improvements, it also seems that vim used to gripe about .swp files even when there was no change, but now seems to nicely delete it's no-change .swp files on externally-forced exit (eg, shutdown).
