Hi
We don't claim to support Linux or Mac-but you knew this. It is not
Windows Media files, but it is the encryption (Windows Media DRM) that
only works on Windows. Good try though! I have thought about offering
a reward for somebody to get it to work, but the only way I have had
success is running Windows on my Mac via boot camp. This works excellent!
Anyway-I will forward your email to the billing dept. to credit you.
