I ran into a similar problem with a computer at the office, it was an HP
Pavilion. It boiled down to either spend ~$70 on evilBay for a used mobo
or purchase new mobo+ram+cpu, which is what we ended up doing.

Now the computer has a C2D E8400, 4GB RAM, and a nice mobo for
only $340. Even the power supply could be reused. Besides, there's
the new components warranties, etc etc. A much better option down
the road.

On another note, I was actually amazed how hard it is to find a 939
mobo these days....
