I can't see your picture, but looking at the Google map I think you
have a good description of it.
Do a Google map search for
517 mile of cars way national city ca
you get a pretty good picture, especially with the satellite overlay.
Take Mile of Cars Way exit East from I-5; at the first light (Wilson
Ave) turn left. The building is on your left, and the parking lot is
shared with the trolley station. Turn left into the parking lot at W
22nd St, turn left away from the Trolley station, and the building is
ahead of you at the other end of the lot.
Signs discourage non-trolley parking in the lot but it seems not to
matter on Saturdays.
