Note the should. I also contend that RFC 1912 fails to add something to
the effect of ``if a connection comes from a host that fails to have a
PTR record, that connection should be dropped.''

Face it, Road Runner is breaking the internet. I am going to bet they
drop ICMP ECHO requests on the floor too. grr.
