Assuming the NCAS schedule hasn't changed, I guess we should publicize
that there will be no August I'fest, eh?

Picnicing sounds ok, but not much seems to be happening "by itself" ;-)
Rich says that it essentially just takes an announcement (and he
volunteers a propane grill, even).

I suppose we should decide within a few days so we can give people a
decent notice.

Tracy said he would be getting married through Aug 18, so would it be
too much trouble to slip the picnic to Aug 23?
