Finally got the shop cleaned out and I'm ready to begin the fuselage layout. I've read a lot of the past posts about lengthened the fuselage an additional 14"s aft and some added 2"s forward. I get the adding an extra bay concept aft but what about the forward section? I plan on using a Corvair engine so maintaining structural strength is obviously important. I'm also 6'2" and after making a rough cockpit mockup I could sure use a couple of inches. I would appreciate some input. Thanks
