Do you prefer using your left or right hand on the stick? Build it to your preference. You don't need a center throttle for someone to fly it from the right seat unless you intend to let a passenger land the KR at some point. Personally, I didn't spend 13 years building my KR just to let someone else destroy it on landing. A dual stick also lets you rest you arm on your leg while flying, a big aid in eliminating PIO.
